Bryan County Health & Rehab is a 100-bed skilled nursing facility located at 127 Carter St., Richmond Hill, Ga. Included in our 100 beds is a 36-bed secured Alzheimer’s Unit.

The staff of Bryan County Health & Rehab is dedicated to ensuring each resident is treated with dignity and respect during his or her stay. Our staff is committed to providing a quality, comprehensive stay in a home-like environment. The staff is composed of a medical director, licensed nursing home administrator, director of nursing, social worker, activity director, certified dietary manager, RNs, LPNs, and certified nursing assistants. The facility has professional consultants for pharmacy, dietary, and podiatry. Our nursing staff monitors our residents and contacts physicians when appropriate.

Professional Standards

We are also staffed with licensed professionals in physical, speech, and occupational therapy. These professionals evaluate each resident and ensure they receive appropriate therapy. When a resident’s therapy goals have been met, we have a restorative nursing program to help maintain functional abilities and prevent decline.

We Provide Quality Essentials

Nutritious meals are planned and prepared under the guidance of a certified dietary manager. Meals are prepared to meet the specific needs of each resident. We also have great housekeepers who are dedicated to keeping the facility clean on a daily basis.

The Essential Social Life

All activities for the residents are planned by the activity director. Activities include: bingo, arts & crafts, memory lane, trivia, and field trips. Church services are held Wednesday and Sunday by local churches. We also have specialized activities for our Alzheimer’s residents. A licensed cosmetologist is available Tuesday – Friday. We Are a Smoke-Free Facility.
